what is this?  :huh: i paid the application/registration fee on the day i submitted my application plus the p999. so it's p1999 that's already been paid on my account. and why are they charging me P1265 for the first month when im on smart bro plan 999???  :huh:

i called their customer care this morning to clarify things. luckily they admitted it was a mistake on their part kaya the best thing to do daw is to go to a SMART Wireless Center to pay p999 (to ensure undelayed receipt of payment na rin daw sa office nila, para d madisconnect since overdue na rin ung bill ko since june 21)...they wouldnt tell me the exact length of period before madisconnect ung line ko from the due date...d daw nla alam. system-generated thingie daw un. whatever.  <_<

wahahaha ganun ba?sakin kc simula nung kinabitan ako nung april 3 until now d pa ako nagbabayad eh,my connection is still alive,d kc ako satisfied sa smart,nakikita ko sa portal ko yung mga nagamit,nakakalito bstat magulo,bstat wag k maniwala sa mga pinagsasabi nila,maganda nga na madisconnect n yung linya mo pra makaalis k na sa impiyernong connection n to,ako inaantay ko yun eh,kso ayaw p rin ako iwanan ng smart khit d p ako bayad,sinulsulan p nga ako,nagpadala ng letter n may kasamang simcard hahaha,tandaan nyo WALANG NAKUKULONG SA UTANG!!!

mukhang malaki nakukuha ng SMART sa mga coins na d nila sinusukli...
i went to SMART Wireless Center along Ayala Ave this morning to pay my first month bill. tapos the female customer assistant at the door asked me what my purpose was. i told her "bill payment". then she asked, "cash or cheque?". i said "cash". then she pointed her hand to the payment machine. i had to fill out an envelope in which i had to put the cash and billing stub. on the envelope/screen, it's written that the machine does not accept coins and doesn't give change. man, it's true. you can't type P999 as the amount you're paying for. you're gonna have to put P1000. with Smart's millions of customers, that company will earn millions in extra monthly just from the barya baryang sukli they're supposed to give.

o well, i wonder if i'll be charged only P998 next month...

anyway, my friend later told me that i didnt really have to use the machine and that i could just go directly to any of the cashier windows inside the center. suddenly i realized that the customer assistant whom i met at the entrance shouldn't have asked me what mode of payment i was gonna use since the envelope provides two options: CASH or CHECK.  <_< errr... anyway, it was also strange that when i entered my account number from my bill, the machine couldn't recognize it, saying that i entered an invalid account number. the girl at the door told me then to go to the cashier window upstairs to have my acct number uploaded (what the?) so i did just what i was told. if that cashier would also accept direct payment, he wouldnt have to send me back down to the machine after uploading my number, right? very strange indeed.

sakin its either 2-3 days after my due date. but in fairness, they where always 3 days before the due date....in my first 3 months.

on my last bill, the've included a Smart Buddy Prepaid Super Sim 3! Why? I dont know, siguro paluwag loob dahil before my due date, I had almost a month of no connection, and the gave me a rebate of P500-.

hi again.... i received my 1st bill last thursday... more than 2 months na tong connection ko 1 bill plang na rereceive ko... sabi daw nung mail man nung june 21, 2006 pa daw deliver nya yung mail ko... kaya lng ala tao samin... nye... sabi sa CSR evry 5th day of the month darating mail ko then evry 25th ang due... ngbayad ako nung june 20 kahit alang bill kc bka maputolan pa ako... pag open ko ng statement of account nkalagay dun total charges P2,332.00!!!! WTF!!!! P1332 daw yung bayad sa plan at P1000 naman sa application/registration fee. dapt pla plan 1332 hindi plan 999... hehehe... kung ganyan eh paputol ko na to... i can afford only 1000per month... then napansin ko yung due date june 21, 2006... 1st delivery daw nung mail man june 20... nkakatawa darating yung mail then the next day byad na agad... prang nka icp tumae... instant... anyway, i just ignored it kc alam ko palpak smart!!! d na ko aasa sa bill bsta mgbabayad na lng ako 1000 sa wireless center before the 25th of each month...

Alam ko meron reconnection fee kung maddisconnect ka. Maganda nyan bayaran mo n lang ng bayaran yung P999 kahit wla p bill. Ikaw na mag set kung kailan mo lagi babayaran (ex. Every 15th of the month). Weird kasi dating ng bill eh
